Greg Writer is the founder and CEO of Children’s Educational Network, which offers the world’s only private label kid-safe browser technology and operates Club TUKI (The Ultimate Kids’ Internet), a patented educational rewards system designed to protect and educate children online. As the CEO of CEN, Mr. Writer oversees the company’s operations, finance, business affairs, technology, and product development.
A father of five, Mr. Writer started CEN when he realized his own children were being inadvertently subjected to inappropriate content online. A longtime proponent of entrepreneurism and new technologies, he was responsible for pioneering and creating one of the first technologies that protected children online using the "Include List" or "White List" methodology, which is reported to be the safest and most reliable method to keep children safe on the Internet.
With a successful track record of building new business ventures, Mr. Writer is an executive with over 20 years experience in capital formation, mergers, acquisitions, software development, and sales/marketing. At the age of 21, he was the youngest owner and operator of a full service brokerage firm in the history of the United States.
Mr. Writer has been featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune and has appeared on Fox and Friends as well as Fox’s The Mike & Juliet Show among others. He lives in Escondido, CA with his wife and children.

David Spoon is the CEO of Noah’s Internet and a board member of Children’s Educational Network (CEN). He works full time on the business of Noah’s Internet and holds ministerial ordinations from three separate denominations: Heritage Free Baptist Organization, 1981; Independent Pentecostal Ministers Association, 1986; and Vineyard Valley Association, 1988. Pastor Dave is also responsible for helping start seven churches throughout the Western United States and has written a variety of worship songs.
From 1988 to 1993 Pastor Dave served as senior pastor of Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Flagstaff, where he was also Chaplain for the Flagstaff Police Department. Starting with only three members, the Vineyard Christian Fellowship grew to over 300 attendees in less than four years.
During the mid 1990’s, Pastor Dave was the official Outreach Pastor of Trinity HeightsMethodist Church. In addition, Pastor Dave started and co-hosted two different Christian call-in radio talk shows. He currently hosts the radio show "To Know Him" in Temecula, California.
Pastor Dave has been working to protect children on the Internet since 1999 by developing and distributing Christian safety browsers in connection with CEN. From 2003 to 2007, Pastor Dave moved to Temecula California and started Temecula Online, an Internet business directory for Temecula Valley. In 2005, he started another church, Aletheia Community Church (http://www.wewantjesus.com/).

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Children’s Educational Network (CEN), Greg Desmarais is responsible for all of the company’s technology activities, including managing the future development of Club TUKI (The Ultimate Kids’ Internet) and the TUKI Browser platform. His analysis of the technology, Club TUKI website user experience and all other private labeled TUKI Browser websites allows CEN to make appropriate improvements. He joined CEN because he wanted to work at a company focused on making a positive change in the world and, as a father, believes internet safety is paramount.
Mr. Desmarais is a firm believer in the exploration and impact of new technologies and, throughout his career in the technology sector, has played an integral role in the design and development of innovative applications and information security practices. With more than fifteen years of experience in information technology systems, he brings expertise, ranging from large scale eCommerce to systems architecture.
Before joining CEN, Mr. Desmarais served as the COO for Tailgate Technologies, where he was responsible for technology leadership and internal business operations. He has also served as Chief Technologist at Referentia Systems, Vice President of Engineering and CTO of Sigaba, and Vice President at Federal Enterprise Security, where he helped evangelize security best practices to the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. He began his career at Yale Medical School developing medical imaging applications, and later expanded his skill set at BEA Systems building and running the company’s East Coast and European WebLogic professional services organization.
Mr. Desmarais lives in Valley Center, CA with his wife and children. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Children’s Educational Network (CEN), Ed Bracken handles investor relations and business development. Mr. Bracken has been instrumental in developing partnerships with Dreamworks, Tim Brown and more.
Mr. Bracken has a background in finance, government relations, sales and sales management with a strong knowledge of Internet based business and the financial and public services industries. Before joining CEN, he was the General Manger of Probook, Inc., an Internet company that focused on the marketing of business and charities of professional athletes. In this role, Mr. Bracken managed all aspect of the company’s marketing and product development and at the time the company developed the largest database of professional athletes on the Internet. He has also served as the Franchise Commissioner for the city of Escondido, California, and was the Associate Vice President for a regional investment bank.
Mr. Bracken received his Bachelors’ of Science degree in finance from San Diego Sate University and currently resides in Escondido, CA.

In his role as Vice President of Business Development and Licensing at Children’s Educational Network (CEN), Mr. Heinzel is responsible for driving sales, and creating and managing new strategic partnerships with companies that share CEN’s vision of educating and empowering children. Mr. Heinzel also works directly with the sales and creative teams to guide product development, ensuring quality standards and fulfillment of project deliverables.
Prior to his work with CEN, Mr. Heinzel ran his own business providing Internet marketing and consulting services, including Web design, database creation and management, affiliate marketing, advertising and conversation strategies. Though his experience has focused largely on the online startup space, he has also managed various training facilities and studios in the personal fitness industry.
