Greg Writer – Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Writer is the CEO and Founder of Children’s Educational Network, a father of 5, married for 25 years and lives in Escondido, CA. He has been in the Internet safety business for over 10 years after having his own daughter accidentally stumble across a porn site after typing her name in a search engine.

Additionally, Mr. Writer was responsible for pioneering and creating one of the 1st technologies that protected children online using the "Include List" or "White List" methodology, which is reported to be the safest and most reliable method to keep children safe on the Internet.

Mr. Writer is an executive with over 26 years experience in corporate finance, capital formation, executive level management, mergers, acquisitions, software development and sales/marketing. At the age of 21 he was the youngest owner and operator of a full service brokerage firm in the history of the United States.

He is a nationally known professional speaker and is the CEO of The Writer Group, a marketing and business consulting firm, specializing in business strategy and marketing, capital engineering and corporate finance

Mary Writer – Interim Secretary and Treasurer

Ms. Writer is the Interim Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. As an executive assistant with over fifteen years' experience, she is familiar with accounting, word processing, and customer relationship management systems. Mary Writer is the spouse of Greg Writer. She is also a Board Member of The Writer Group and has served as secretary and treasurer for The Writer Group for the past 4 years.

Ed Bracken – Senior Vice President, Business Development

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Children’s Educational Network (CEN), Ed Bracken handles investor relations and business development. Mr. Bracken has been instrumental in developing partnerships with Dreamworks, Tim Brown and more.

Mr. Bracken has a background in finance, government relations, sales and sales management with a strong knowledge of Internet based business and the financial and public services industries. Before joining CEN, Mr. Bracken was the General Manger of Probook, Inc., an Internet company that focused on the marketing of business and charities of professional athletes. In this role, Mr. Bracken managed all aspect of the company’s marketing and product development and at the time the company developed the largest database of professional athletes on the Internet. He has also served as the Franchise Commissioner for the city of Escondido, California, and was the Associate Vice President for a regional investment bank.

Mr. Bracken received his Bachelors’ of Science degree in finance from San Diego Sate University and currently resides in Escondido, CA.

Suzanne Stanford – Vice President of Internet Safety Affairs

Suzanne's mission is the welfare of children. Her extensive backgroundin Internet Safety Education includes lobbying the United States Congress on internet safety issues, and the illegal trafficking of minor children. She authored proposed federal legislation, "Parents Against Predator's Act" (a.k.a. PAPA) which will be voted on by the United States Congress in 2008. In May, 2008, she will receive the coveted Artemis Award by the Euro American Women's Council, in Greece. In 2003, while an executive with I-Safe America, a federally funded
internet safety education foundation she helped launch, she was selected by Congressman David Vitter as one of "10 American Women of Leadership". In 2002, she received a Congressional Merit Award for "Internet Safety and America's Youth". Suzanne publishes online internet safety information and speaks around the country on
responsible internet use, how to avoid being victimized by online predators; and the worldwide crisis of child pornography and trafficking. Prior to working in the Internet safety education field, Suzanne enjoyed a long and varied career in the network television and feature film industry. as an actress, writer, television critic, producer, and production executive. She remains a member of the Directors Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Her community service includes being active in her church, her child's school and supporting The Special Olympics. She is the President of the Founder's Guild for Casa Teresa, a non-profit organization that provides a loving home for single, pregnant women 18 years of age and older and their babies; and is on the Board of Directors for Challenge Day, a non profit organization providing experiential workshops and programs to youth and their communities that demonstrate the possibility of love and connection through the celebration of diversity, truth, and full expression.

In 2005, Suzanne launched "The Rolling Suitcase and New Clothing Drive" for Hurricane Katrina and Rita victims for The Red Cross in San Antonio, Texas. This resulted in donations of over 24,000 rolling suitcases and countless articles of clothing. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from UCLA, lives in Newport Beach, California, and is a single mother. She gives credit to God for her accomplishments, and support the work and mission of the Children's Educational Network to provide a child safe web browser and an entertaining online destination for families and their children.

Ken Riehl – Quality Assurance Manager

Mr. Riehl has over 18 years experience in software development and currently offers 20% of his time to CEN. His roles span product development, quality assurance, and support. His previous experience was in retail point-of-sale, mortgage, insurance and Internet authentication software. He served as a Quality Assurance/Support Manager for 8 years, and has been with Children’s Educational Network since June 2004. Ken is married and has two children.

Rich Peluso – Board of Advisors

Rich Peluso has over 20 years of proven executive and general management leadership in sales, marketing, brand development, product development and licensing bring an exciting skills set to the Company at a critical time.

His experience includes launching a start-up child safety video company with Julie Clark (Founder of The Baby Einstein Company) and John Walsh (Host of America’s Most Wanted), generating over $5MM in sales in its first year, and helping to make the first release, Stranger Safety, the best-selling kids safety video ever. Additionally he managed over $100MM in annual sales as president of EMI CMG Distribution, a division of EMI Music LTD. Achievements include dramatically raising market share, negotiating over 30 distribution contracts, developing new markets and channels, and introducing hundreds of new products and brands each year. Sue Beddingfield – Vice President of Propeller Consulting

Propeller Consulting has been engaged on a part-time basis. The firm is a premier marketing and branding agency specializing in assisting producers and distributors of family entertainment products aimed at the faith-based consumer. Sue Beddingfield our main contact is a strategic marketing executive with more than 20 years experience in launching and building brands. Before joining Propeller, Sue had her own business, Surround Marketing Group, specializing in developing and implementing business, brand and marketing plans, primarily for children’s and family brands. Prior to forming Surround, Beddingfield served as Senior Vice President, Marketing, for HIT Entertainment (formerly Lyrick Studios), where she authored innovative marketing programs for many blue-chip children’s entertainment brands. She was a member of the executive management team responsible for developing and maintaining Barney’s classic-character status in the preschool category. Additionally, Beddingfield created and managed launch plans for popular characters Bob the Builder and The Wiggles, building Bob to an award-winning (License of the Year) $100 million launch in the U.S., and generating a media and sales frenzy with The Wiggles. She also designed the brand extension plan for Angelina Ballerina, growing Angelina from a classic book character to a successful television and video series. Avery D. Mann – Public Relations

Since 1997, Avery Mann has been the head publicist and media relations director for the Washington, DC based FOX Television program "America's Most Wanted."  Mr. Mann is responsible for overseeing the PR department, working with and responding to all media and public inquiries, and coordinating publicity for both the show -- and the host -- John Walsh. 

Mann also serves and has served as a media relations advisor to companies whose mandate includes a crime fighting mission. In 2002, he was hired as a senior advisor for all media relations to the previously syndicated daytime program, THE JOHN WALSH SHOW, which had been cleared in 91% of the United States. That show was headquartered in New York City.

Mann also works closely with other television networks and programs including NBC's TODAY show, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, EXTRA, LARRY KING LIVE, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, CNN, Fox NewsChannel and many other programs both network and syndicated.

Earlier in his career Mann worked on various feature film productions and TV projects in "Hollywood North."

A native of Vancouver, Mr. Mann received his Bachelors Degree from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and his Masters Degree from the American University, Washington, D.C.  He is also a member of the Entertainment Publicists Professional Society. 

Tom Christ – Lead Animator

Mr. Christ is an award winning animation director (The Smart Museum™) who has done work for NBC (Comedy Bytes), Black Entertainment Television (Soundstage at Disney World, Jamz-Zone), Fox Television and Kaleidoscope. His innovative Quiet Toons™ was the subject of an NBC nightly news segment. Through his extensive work with Microsoft Agent technology he has created numerous customized Agents for various clients, including a recent 3D-animated Garfield the Cat for Jim Davis. Tom is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego.

Richard Crawford – Producer, Director, Filmmaker

President of ONE Productions, Inc. Mr. Crawford and his wife combine the visual power of video with music, animation and special effects to leverage the power of presentation to produce exceptional marketing and communication that inform, inspire and sell. He has worked with hundreds of national and regional clients. His productions have been delivered through tried and true delivery platforms including: videotape, CD, DVD, broadcast, and web streaming. His team of experienced, creative professionals gives visual and persuasive impact. Crawford’s national clients include; IBM, Ford, Nissan, Apple, Kodak, NCR, Ernst& Young, among others. Richard’s awards include four area Emmy Awards, Gold Cindy Awards for multimedia, San Diego Film Festival Prize and the New York Art Director’s Award. Richard served as the director of the Namaji foundation for funding humanitarian programs for social change. He currently serves as Vice President of the Russian American Foundation for taking medical relief to Russian citizens.

 
 
Mark Klaas – Board of Advisers

In the aftermath of the Oct 1, 1993 kidnap and murder of his twelve-year-old daughter Polly, Marc Klaas gave up his lucrative rental car franchise to pursue an aggressive child safety mission. Mr. Klaas co-founded BeyondMissing, Inc., a federally funded California public benefit non-profit corporation to give meaning to Polly’s death and to create a legacy in her name that will protect children for generations to come. BeyondMissing provides America’s law enforcement community with a free and secure Website to easily and swiftly create and distribute missing child flyers via broadcast fax, email, and SMS technology.

Through federal and state legislative efforts Mr. Klaas promotes prevention programs for at-risk youth, stronger sentencing for violent criminals and governmental accountability and responsibility. Often times this advocacy takes the form of legislative testimony.

Besides his duties as volunteer president of the KlaasKids Foundation and president of BeyondMissing, Inc. Mr. Klaas sits on the advisory boards of the Center for the Community Interest; Fight Crime Invest in Kids and the National Children’s Advocacy Center.

Les Briney – Board Of Advisor

Mr. Briney is an engineering and business executive with 40 years of experience leading the development of state-of-the-art products for industry-leading companies like IBM, Prodigy, SystemSoft, Electronic Retailing Systems, boxLot, and Path 1 Networks. During his 16 years at IBM he rose through a series of research, development, sales, and management positions. He was one of the original Prodigy executives and was responsible for the design of the network and for the development of both the network and the user application environment, installed on more than 10 million machines. Prodigy was the pioneer for user-friendly, family-oriented online services and the first major ISP to offer Internet access to the mass-market. Since then Mr. Briney has been CTO and VP of Engineering for two turn-around companies and two startup companies. He is currently on the Board of S2M America, a company that is going to provide satellite-to-mobile phone services. Mr. Briney is a graduate of Cal, Berkeley in Engineering.

 
Loral Langemeier – Board of Advisers

Joyce Bone – Board of Advisers

Mrs. Joyce Bone is a well-rounded combination of mom, wife and entrepreneur. Her success story starts simply as a stay at home mom that was jogging around a track with her eighteen month in tow when she heard over her headphones a question that would change her destiny: “If you had the ideal life what would that life look like?” She found this question intriguing, as she never took the time to really consider it. She wrote down her answers about an ideal life and started taking action to achieve it.

In eighteen months time she went from a stay at home mom to a CEO running a publicly traded company she co-founded with her former boss. EarthCare was traded on NASDAQ under ECCO and catered to the non-hazardous liquid waste industry. She was responsible for the startup formation, acquisitions, operations and initial public offering of her company, which ultimately reached $125 million in annual revenues. She attributes the dramatic change to the decision she made to live her life on purpose.

Mrs. Bone has been featured in MONEY, Kiplingers, and Millionaire Blueprints magazines for her work. She was also featured on the corporate training television show, the Excellent Women Club. Joyce contributed to the book “What No One Tells You About Real Estate Investing” and will be featured in March 2007 in the “100 Year Life Cycle” by Pulitzer Prize Winning Author Anita Sharpe. Mrs. Bone received her Bachelor’s of Science from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. Jim Brogan – Board of Advisers

Jim Brogan is an author, instructor, leader, and dynamic speaker who has earned national recognition as an inspirational speaker and advisor. He is well- known and highly respected authority on peak performance for teens, CEOs, coaches, and elite athletes from the NFL, MLB, and NBA.

What started as helping a few individuals improve the quality of their academic and athletic performance has grown into a dynamic program for assisting teenagers across the U.S. to become strong, successful, well-rounded people.

In 1988, Jim produced the first video version of the Standards of Excellence program. Then in 1992, the Standards of Excellence went to an audio version. With the success of these programs, a newer version was produced in 1997 called Making a Difference, which was extremely successful in influencing teenagers’ lives. Jim is a former professional basketball player in the NBA. He had the privilege of starting his career with the Golden State Warriors and finished with the San Diego Clippers. Paula Noble Fellingham– Board of Advisers

Dr. Fellingham is an internationally known speaker, the author of five books, and recipient of the State Outstanding Woman of the Year Award, 2003. Specializing in family relations and parenting, Paula has given presentations at the United Nations, at the International Conference of the Worldwide Organization for Women, and numerous other places. Paula also participated in the World Congress on Families in Geneva, and was honored as Washington State Young Mother of the Year. As a radio personality, Paula hosted a daily two-hour show and achieved the station’s highest ratings for a talk show where she offered listeners parenting advice, interviewed parenting experts, and answered call-in questions. She is the former Director of Women-to-Women Life Success Seminars™, giving individuals and women-owned businesses vision, voice, and clear direction. As a writer and producer, Dr. Fellingham authored the outstanding 55 minute parenting video, Creating A Successful Family: Six Essential Steps.

David Wallace – Advisor

Mr. Wallace serves as Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of General Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee for Wallace Bajjali Development Partners, L.P. Mr. Wallace has a background in the acquisition and/or formation of over 100 companies and/or partnerships, and has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in equity and debt. As a result of the numerous portfolio holdings, he has served on the boards for several private and public companies. Mr. Wallace served as a partner and Chief Executive Officer of Wallace & Associates Investment, Inc., formerly The Markpoint Company, a venture capital and merchant banking operation and also, the Grantham Company, a private investment-banking firm.

Prior to becoming a member of the Wallace Bajjali Development Partners management team, Mr. Wallace served as the Chairman of the Investment Committee for certain entities and investment funds affiliated with W.C. Perry Properties, L.P., and as Chief Financial Officer for Asset Plus and Asset Campus Housing. In such capacities, he was actively involved in the transactional structuring, investment banking and capital market activities of these firms.

Early in his career, Mr. Wallace served as the Vice President of Equity Management Corporation, a private real estate syndication firm. In this capacity, Mr. Wallace was responsible for the acquisition and/or sale of over $250 million of income producing properties. In connection with such real estate activities, he was a charter member of the North Texas Association of Real Estate Professionals, a former member of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI) and a former member of the American Association of Financial Planners.

Mr. Wallace considers charitable works of great importance, as reflected by his extensive efforts in both the Dallas and Houston communities. Mr. Wallace served three terms as Mayor of the City of Sugar Land, Texas, where he previously served on city council representing the Single Member District Number 4. In such capacity, Mr. Wallace played a leadership role at the United States Conference of Mayors where he served on the Executive Committee and as Co-Chairman of the National Homeland Security Task Force and the Urban Water Council. Mr. Wallace was appointed by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff to the U. S. Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council-State and Local Officials Senior Advisory Committee and by Texas Governor Rick Perry to the Board of Directors and as Vice President of the TexasOne Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Wallace serves on the Advisory Board of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and was most recently appointed as Research Scholar for Economic Development of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Texas. In addition to this schooling, Mr. Wallace attended Union College in Schenectady, New York and received a scholarship to study International Real Estate, International Finance and International Law at the University of Reading located in Reading, England.
